Who we are

We are a group of crafters throughout the United States, Canada and England, who knit, crochet and sew chemo caps.  All are welcome to join us!

what we do

We try to bring some comfort to those undergoing chemotherapy by providing stylish caps to lift their spirits and keep them warm.  It’s amazing what a hat can mean to someone.

how we do it

We make new, handmade hats and send them in to Delaware Head Huggers headquarters.  Robin at DEHH then tags each and every hat and mails them out to treatment centers and individuals throughout the country.  It’s that simple.

Styles needed

We need all colors and styles of hats to satisfy a variety of personal tastes.  Each box that ships out contains a selection of hats in different hues and designs so that each person might find some that suit their individual preferences.
